Lunch Run - Sunday 12th November
It's time for another lunch run!
Where and When: Meeting at 10.30am at the BP Silverdale on State Highway 1 (Northern Motorway) for a 10:50am departure. From here we will be heading north to the Matakana wine region, ending at Plume Restaurant for lunch.
Choose from a selection of three mains:
- Spiced Pork Belly, with stir-fried soba noodles, bokchoy, oyster sauce, and soy miso glaze.
- Sirloin Steak (medium rare only), with a medley of vegetables and duck fat potatoes.
- Wild Mushroom Risotto with wilted spinach, truffle poached egg (optional), with parmigiana reggiano.
Dessert will be made up of a chef's tasting platter with Bailey's cheesecake, dark chocolate pav, and fresh fruit tart.
Cost: $50/pp for adults, and $15/pp for children under 11. Drinks to be purchased separately.
