The planning team has made great progress since announcing brief details at SWOTS in Nelson.

While earlier SWOTS and SWOTY weekends have attracted around 40 – 50 members, our experience at the last two is that we get 100 attendees. Accordingly, we recommend registering early – this also helps the organisers with venue planning when they have a good idea of attendance.

This event will be limited to 100 attendees.

Please register to secure your spot with a deposit of $100 per person. Please note that refunds will be per the updated Cancellations/Refunds Policy, Page 58 in the latest Spiel (Issue 210). The full cost will be advised as plans (and possible corporate sponsorships )are finalised, but is expected to be $295 per person.

We have reserved accommodation at the Ascot Park Hotel.  Please contact them directly to book your room/unit; phone 0800 272 687 or 03 219 9076.  They have 20 Hotel rooms @165 per night and 20 Motel units @ $120 per night; use Porsche Club SWOTY 2021 to receive a discounted rate.
